拉姆化妆品检测采用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定化妆品中α-三联噻吩,检测方法具体如下:
样品经甲醇超声提取20 min,以C18色谱柱进行分离,以乙腈-水(体积比为85:15)为流动相进行洗脱,用荧光检测器测定,色谱峰面积外标法定量。
α-三联噻吩的质量浓度在5~200 ng/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)为0.9999,方法的检出限为10 ng/g。
以霜类、乳液类、水剂类及液态油基类4种空白基质进行加标回收试验,在3种不同加标水平下,回收率为94.6%~98.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.6%~2.2%(n=6)。

The sample was extracted by methanol ultrasound for 20 minutes, separated using a C18 chromatographic column, eluted with acetonitrile water (volume ratio 85:15) as the mobile phase, measured using a fluorescence detector, and quantified using an external standard method for chromatographic peak area.
The mass concentration of alpha triphenylthiophene has a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 5-200 ng/mL. The correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9999, and the detection limit of the method is 10 ng/g.
Four kinds of blank matrices, namely frost, lotion, water agent and liquid oil-based, were used for standard addition recovery test. Under three different levels of standard addition, the recovery rates were 94.6%~98.6%, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.6%~2.2% (n=6).
